Padilla's Heat Kennels guarantees pup to be current on vaccinations and free from communicable diseases, as it appears to the eye at the time of the sale. 

       Puppies will have current Veterinary Health certificate if shipped by air to ensure that you get a healthy  pup.
      
       Puppies will be dewormed at the time of shipping. A normal deworming and vaccination schedule should be followed as recommended by a licensed veterinarian.
   
      We recommend that the puppy should be fed Nu-vet vitamins during the duration of the dogs life. You can order Nu_vet on my website links page.
  
      Buyer agrees to pay for shipping and crate.
  
      In accordance to the contract agreement the following apply:
  Deposits are non-refundable.

  Puppies will be paid in full before they are shipped. If Padilla's Heat Kennels does not receive the full amount of the dog , Padilla's Heat Kennels will notify you and your deposit will be lost. 
 
Both parties agree that the dog will not be used for fighting or any illegal purposes.
 
  Buyer agrees to have the puppy examined as soon as possible by a licensed veterinarian.

All dogs will be American Dog Breeders Association registered (ADBA).
 
  Padilla's Heat Kennels reserves the right to name the puppies on the registration papers, However this does not mean that the puppy should be called that . Owner may call puppy what name they choose at home. Rigistration papers will be delivered by mail as soon as Padilla's Heat Kennels receives them from the (ADBA).

Everybody that buys a puppy must read and agree to all terms of this contract.
